We offer delivery to the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. For other countries, please contact our customer service.

For standard-sized products, we ship within 2 business days. Customized products typically take 10-15 working days for production and 1-2 weeks for shipping. If you have urgent needs, reach out to our customer service to confirm delivery timelines.


4.My package is missing; can you assist?
Don't worry; simply email your order number and the situation to support@koscy.com, and our team will assist you promptly.

Orders

1.How can I track my order?
Log in to the member center, locate your order details, check the shipping number and shipping method, and use the shipping number on the logistics company's official website for tracking.


2.Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders may be canceled at no cost within the initial 24 hours of placement. If a cancellation request is made after this period or if the clothing items have already been prepared, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.


3.Where is my order?
Depending on the order type, standard size orders ship within 2 working days, while customized products require 10-15 working days for production before shipping. Upon shipment, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for delivery from the shipping date.


4.How can I address a damaged product?
To address a damaged product, email the relevant order number and photos of the damaged items to support@koscy.com, and our team will assist you.
